Comunilife Inc. seeks an experienced Program Director to lead an OMH-funded Bronx program, directing daily operations and ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance.

You will oversee budgets, audits, and reporting while fostering positive stakeholder relationships with regulators, funders, and partner agencies. The role requires a graduate degree in a related field and substantial post-graduate management experience in mental health or housing programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant field and strong management experience.
• Experience leading licensed programs, budgets, and audits.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with providers and funders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure 24/7 readiness.
• Ensure compliance with funding, programs, and audits.
• Interface with OMH and regulators; manage reporting and audits.
• Represent the program and Comunilife in meetings with partners.
• Manage program funds and expenditures within budget; document expenditures.
• Monitor utilization reviews, QA, and incident reviews; crisis intervention as needed.
• Orient and train new staff; conduct performance appraisals and supervision.
• Prepare timely weekly/monthly program reports and plan improvements.
• Address service gaps; develop linkages and staffing plans.
• Hire staff and ensure regulatory compliance of the facility.
