Job summary

University of California, San Francisco is seeking an OMFS Supervisor to oversee front desk, scheduling, patient access and clinic operations for the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery services. You will coordinate with Perioperative partners, drive standard work and cross-site workflow improvements across two clinic sites, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a medical or dental practice or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to train, monitor, evaluate and document HR issues and performance.
• Strong knowledge of practice operations, scheduling, terminology, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk functions, scheduling, registration and patient service.
• Collaborate with Billing and Back Office to streamline revenue cycle and workflows.
• Provide cross-site leadership for clinics at multiple locations and drive process improvement.
