• Current Registered Dental Assistant and X-Ray license per California Board.

• Strong organizational skills and HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Registered Dental Assistants and coordinate patient care workflow.
• Train staff, assign operatory duties to residents/hygienists/faculty.
• Ensure clinic stocks materials and runs machinery; service requests as needed.
• Process orders for dental materials and maintain inventory
• Maintain inventory dates, perform water shocking and autoclave testing.
• Support infection control and confidentiality in patient records.
