The Greater Erie Community Action Committee is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for the Ombudsman Program. In this role, you will serve as the Long-Term Care Ombudsman for Erie County, focusing on health and rights of long-term care service recipients.
Responsibilities include documenting program activities, providing education on resident rights, and conducting quality assurance visits. Applications are being accepted for a full-time Program Coordinator position for the Ombudsman Program in the Area Agency on Aging at GECAC. Serve as the Long-Term Care Ombudsman for the Erie County planning and service area. Investigate and work to resolve complaints related to the health, safety, and rights of individuals receiving long-term care services. This position will work Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
