Qualifications

• Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to conduct assessments, fact-finding interviews, and thorough investigations.
• Knowledge of ombudsman investigations, rules, and investigative techniques.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and deal effectively with people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 2000.
• Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel to facilities.

Responsibilities
