State of Florida is seeking an OPS Quality Control Analyst to support the Elder Affairs ombudsman program in West Palm Beach. You will document information, manage case data, and assist in the resolution of resident complaints.

Travel is required; overtime and weekend work may occur. You will interact with facilities, staff, and volunteers, preparing reports and maintaining confidential records in a structured, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investigative techniques is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsabilités

• Answers phone, documents information and assists in web-based docs.
• Enters complaint, case, and routine access visit information.
• Tracks reports and facility data; updates logs and trackers.
• Travels to facilities for visits after ombudsman certification.
• Investigates and resolves resident complaints with confidentiality.
