Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, reporting, data warehousing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or business systems teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting healthcare, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or other regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BI and data strategy partner for Respiratory Health, aligning analytics with business strategy and goals.
• Develop and manage analytics, reporting, and data warehouse roadmap and priorities.
• Lead KPI framework development, performance reporting, and actionable insights.
• Document, prioritize, and validate business and system requirements; liaise between business and technical teams.
• Establish and oversee data governance, quality, validation, and maintenance practices for enterprise reporting.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the BI & Data Enablement team and promote data-driven culture.
• Build partnerships across Operations, Finance, Reimbursement, Patient Services, IT.
