Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics & Data Enablement in St. Paul, MN to lead analytics strategy, governance, and data warehouse capabilities across Respiratory Health.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Reimbursement, and Patient Services to translate priorities into scalable data solutions. The role requires 6+ years in analytics, a Bachelor's degree, and experience guiding analytics teams, with strong SQL and cloud data platform skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting systems, data warehousing, or related disciplines strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BI and data strategy partner for Respiratory Health, aligning analytics, reporting, data, and technology with business strategy.
• Develop and manage the analytics, reporting, and data warehouse roadmap to support organizational goals.
• Lead KPI framework development, performance reporting, and actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
• Document and validate business and system requirements, ensuring design, testing, implementation, and adoption success.
• Establish data governance, data quality, validation, and maintenance practices for reliable enterprise reporting.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, automation, AI/ML, and emerging tech to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the BI & Data Enablement team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Build partnerships across Operations, Finance, Reimbursement, Patient Services, IT; balance stakeholders and translate priorities into scalable solutions.
