Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of engineering/architectural experience plus 6+ years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction means, methods, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of BIM and coordination of MEPS with other systems.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate MEPS trade labor to meet project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure conformance with plans and codes.
• Develop and implement sequencing, schedules, and recovery strategies.
• Oversee safety programs and enforce Turner safety standards on site.
• Inspect, start up, commission, turnover and train on systems.
• Review project changes with Project Engineer and maintain daily progress records.
