Albireo Energy is looking for an Account Executive to drive sales growth in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Building Automation and owner direct sales, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

This position requires excellent relationship management skills and proficiency in estimating costs. A competitive package is offered, including a salary range of $90K-$100K plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales in the building automation field.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, & controls drawings.
• Understanding of building HVAC systems and the application of controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end users and contractors.
• Assist consulting engineers with design and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with contractors and end users.
