Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking an Account Executive in Huntsville to drive profitable and aggressive sales growth in owner-direct and plan-and-spec markets. You will develop relationships with end users, contractors, and engineers, estimate project costs, and present technical scopes of work.

The role requires a disciplined approach to account management and bid processes. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, leading projects from proposals to completion, and achieving annual revenue

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, estimating, engineering, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in Building Automation, HVAC, mechanical systems, controls, construction, electrical, or related technical industry.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or controls drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and control applications.
• Experience with owner-direct, design/build, or plan-and-spec projects is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred; relevant industry and sales experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.
• Assist consulting engineers with design and specifications of control system applications.
• Estimate material, labor and subcontractor costs for control system applications per plans/specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely project completion within budget and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical scope of work proposals and presentations to consulting engineers.
• Set meetings with customers, identify opportunities, sell Albireo Energy’s capabilities.
• Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.
• Provide sales leadership for ongoing installations, service and maintenance products.
• Attend sales meetings and training seminars.
• Team-sell with other sales executives.
• Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
