Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, supports NSWC PCD with material coordination, data reporting, and training materials for OM&S and General Equipment. The role involves data extraction from NERP, developing monthly status reports, and QA functions to back procurement documentation.

The position requires Navy OM&S familiarity, strong MS Office skills (2016), and the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse group of professionals across the NSWC PCD organization.

Qualificações

• HS degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navy standard version 2016.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both oral and written formats.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Familiarity with Navy OM&S processes, training development, and user support.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support process improvement efforts.
• Experience performing Quality Assurance functions related to Procurement Requests and supporting documentation.
• Knowledge of Navy records management requirements and SECNAV M‑5210.1 CH‑1 a plus
• Ability to research and resolve issues related to frustrated material and material identification.
• Experience supporting acquisition-related tasks, including creation of Material Masters and Requirement forms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Prefer strong working knowledge of OM&S functions within the Navy ERP (NERP) system.

Responsabilidades

• Extrapolate data from NERP and create reports with high accuracy.
• Prepare presentations and spreadsheets to convey OM&S status monthly.
• Monitor abnormal or trending conditions with OM&S for analysis/improvement.
• Support development, refinement, and localization of NSWC PCD OM&S training.
• Support in the preparation of NSWC PCD OM&S training materials.
• Support OM&S training and its application to NSWC PCD missions and processes.
• Provide OM&S user support for scientists, engineers, logisticians, accountants, supply chain personnel, warehousemen, and DLA personnel.
• Perform Quality Assurance functions to support PR creation and KSDs.
• Research and identify frustrated material with documentation and ownership.
• Archive official records per SECNAV M-5210.1 CH-1 using Navy records system guidance.
• Create Unique Material Masters and extensions; prepare and create requirement forms; research OM&S and General equipment with customers using One Touch and Haystack.
