Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the NSWC PCD Facilities Service Desk in Panama City. You will handle service requests, document tickets, and route work to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution while protecting CUI.

The role emphasizes professional communication, data accuracy, and adherence to government policies. On-site, M-F with core hours and CSR support responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen able to undergo a local and federal background check for Public Trust.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related training preferred.
• Experience providing professional customer support in person, by phone, and via official email.
• Experience with ticketing or service management systems; ARCHIBUS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Facilities Service Desk during business hours and deliver professional customer service.
• Receive and document service requests via in person, phone, email or online systems.
• Enter and maintain service tickets in ARCHIBUS.
• Route tickets to appropriate functional groups and monitor status.
• Follow up on open requests and provide status updates.
• Safeguard CUI and adhere to government security policies.
• Use Navy-standard systems to perform daily duties.
• Assist with CSR information submission.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
