Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale event operations or hospitality.
• Experience with Olympic Games or mega-scale events preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and ability to generate operational reports.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advance Venue Team for Inglewood and LA28 venues.
• Coordinate integrated plans across venue operations, hospitality, and transportation.
• Ensure last mile functions are aligned and execution-ready for Games-time conditions.
• Foster partnerships with LA28 functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
