On Location is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive revenue and cost reporting for the Olympics business based in Los Angeles. You will oversee a small team of analysts and partner with Product to optimize profitability across venue hospitality programmes.

The role requires at least 3 years of FP&A experience, an accounting or finance degree, and strong Excel and analytical skills. CPA preferred. You will support month-end closes and provide critical insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• CPA qualification encouraged but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee venue hospitality programmes financial performance and reporting.
• Prepare reports for Product and Production leadership meetings.
• Support balance sheet and income statement adjustments.
• Analyze venue income statement variances vs budget/forecast/actuals.
• Lead a small team of analysts on business projects.
• Assist with month, quarter, year-end close processes.
• Support key business processes and controls.
• Assist with settlement of the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests.
