Job summary

On Location is seeking a Finance Manager to assist with revenue and cost reporting for our Olympics business. Reporting to the Finance Director of the Olympics, the role emphasizes accuracy, advanced Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee performance reporting across venue hospitality programs, support close processes, and partner with Product to optimize offerings for profitability. A strong analytics mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Accounting or Finance degree required; CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and reporting across venue hospitality programs.
• Produce reports for Product and Production leadership reviews.
• Support journal preparation and review for balance sheet and income statement adjustments.
• Perform variance analysis of venue income statements against budget/forecast/actuals.
• Partner with Product to analyze and adapt offerings to market demands and sales performance.
• Manage a small team of analysts to deliver on business projects.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close requests.
• Assist with key business processes and control maintenance.
• Support settlement of the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests.
