Job summary

On Location is seeking a Finance Manager to support revenue and cost reporting for our Olympics business, reporting to the Finance Director. The role emphasizes month-end and event reporting, requiring strong Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

You will oversee venue hospitality reporting, collaborate with Product and Production to maximize profitability, and lead a small team of analysts through close processes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Accounting or Finance degree required, CPA a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to learn and digest new things quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and reporting across venue hospitality programs.
• Produce reports that summarize venue hospitality performance for leadership meetings.
• Support journal preparation and review for balance sheet and income statement adjustments.
• Perform venue income statement variance analysis against budget, forecast and actuals.
• Partner with Product to analyze offerings and market demands for profitability.
• Manage small team of analysts to deliver on business projects and objectives.
• Assist with month, quarter, and year-end close requests.
• Assist with the preparation/maintenance of key business processes and controls.
• Support the settlement of the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests.
