TKO is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Olympics business, focused on revenue and cost reporting. You will assist with month-end and event-related reporting under the Finance Director, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, Excel proficiency, and working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of FP&A or finance experience, an accounting or finance degree (CPA a plus), and excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Accounting or Finance degree required, CPA a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial reporting for Olympics venue hospitality programs.
• Prepare month-end and event-related reports under Finance Director.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and actuals.
• Support with journal entries and balance sheet adjustments.
