Job summary

On Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, seeking a Finance Manager to assist with revenue and cost reporting for our Olympics business. You will report to the Finance Director and must have strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Accounting or Finance degree required; CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and reporting across venue hospitality programs.
• Produce reports that summarize venue hospitality performance for Product and Production leadership meetings.
• Support journal preparation and review for balance sheet and income statement adjustments.
• Perform venue income statement variance analysis against budget, forecast and actuals.
• Partner with Product to analyze and adapt offerings to market demands and sales performance for profitability.
• Manage a small team of analysts to deliver on business projects and objectives.
• Assist with month, quarter, and year-end close requests.
• Assist with the preparation/maintenance of key business processes and controls.
• Support the settlement of the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Respond to various ad-hoc requests.
