• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead large cross-functional operational teams to fixed, immovable event deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills coordinating many partners across a live venue environment.
• Hands-on experience owning budgets, master schedules, and risk registers for complex programs.
• Sound judgment and calm, decisive leadership when information is incomplete and deadlines are fixed.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Team OKC to develop and deliver venue-based Event Operations plans.
• Lead the Team OKC venue team to achieve objectives, readiness, and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with venue partners and serve as day-to-day venue leadership contact.
• Work with Team OKC to manage venue partner engagement, meetings, site visits, and planning.
• Track deliverables with venue infrastructure and other technical teams.
