Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks an experienced Operation Specialist to support the LA28 Olympic program operations in Glendale, CA. This role blends office operations, ticket coordination, and stakeholder research to ensure smooth program execution in both Korean and English.

You will manage daily office tasks, oversee payments and equipment, prepare ad hoc reports, and track tickets with LA28, On Location, and partners. Strong relationship management and hospitality knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Sports marketing/Marketing industry
• Experience in Marketing Group of Sports Team, Sports Marketing Agency, Sponsorship team within a company
• Strong knowledge of Hospitality (including hotel operations, ticket operation)
• Exceptional Management skills, communication, reporting (mid reporting) and escalating
• Familiarity with consumer behavior trends and strategies to enhance brand preference

Responsibilities

• Ticket Operations: Daily communications with LA28’s Ticketing Team & On Location Company; manage ticket guides, terms & conditions, purchases, invoicing, track and close subsidiary inquiries; manage CTP for Olympic Partners; manage LA28 & On Location ticket portals; coordinate with subsidiaries on ticketing costs and hotel needs
