Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop cost-effective oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand capacity and improve yield.
• Drive technology innovation and oversee regulatory documentation.
• Support cGMP manufacturing and tech transfer to GMP facilities.
• Mentor staff and ensure project deliverables meet timelines.
