Amgen is seeking a Process Development Senior Principal Scientist Bioconjugates to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing sustainable oligonucleotide manufacturing processes at Thousand Oaks, CA or Cambridge, MA. You will drive technology innovation, support regulatory filings, and mentor staff.

The role requires a PhD/MD/PharmD with 3+ years of scientific experience or an advanced degree with substantial industry background in bioconjugate process development and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with relevant post-doc experience or a master with extensive research background.
• Experience in oligonucleotide process development and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead scientific projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary team to develop sustainable oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate capacity expansion and improve process yield with cross-functional teams.
• Drive technology innovation and support regulatory filings.
• Oversee transfer of processes to GMP production facilities.
• Mentor staff and maintain current knowledge in bioconjugate manufacturing.
