• PhD/MD/PharmD with 3+ years of scientific experience
• Master's degree with 6+ years of scientific experience
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of scientific experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team in developing sustainable and cost-effective oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Drive capacity expansion and improve yield through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead technology transfers to GMP production facilities.
• Support cGMP manufacturing and technology transfer to CMOs.
• Develop strategies to ensure process performance via understanding, modeling and characterization.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and filings.
• Stay current in bioconjugate manufacturing and mentor colleagues.
• Provide career and scientific guidance within the organization.
