Amgen seeks a Process Development Senior Principal Scientist Bioconjugates to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing sustainable and cost‑effective oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. You will drive capacity expansion, technology transfers to GMP facilities, and oversee regulatory documentation while mentoring colleagues.

The role requires a PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent with 3+ years of science experience, or a Master’s with 6+ years, or a Bachelor’s with 8+ years in pharma.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with relevant post‑doc experience.
• Experience in oligonucleotide process development and GMP manufacturing.
• Ability to lead across cross‑functional teams and drive tech transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop sustainable, cost‑effective oligonucleotide processes.
• Drive capacity expansion plans and technology transfers to GMP facilities.
• Engineer process understanding, modeling, and characterization to ensure performance.
• Deliver regulatory documents and support filings with cross‑functional teams.
