About the Department of Child Services:

Role Overview:
The Older Youth Case Manager works with a specialized caseload of adolescents to support their transition to adulthood and independence by ensuring they are achieving goals in their case plans. You will assess progress, maintain documentation, plan for needs, assist in building support systems for successful living and, when necessary, attend court hearings. You will also work with field office staff to ensure eligible youth are supported at each juncture in the Older Youth Timeline.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $47,320.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
