Job summary

The Mortgage Law Firm in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced attorney to represent creditor clients in pre-litigation issues, foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, and related matters. You will work with the TMLF team on internal case processing and ensure timely, ethical, and effective representation.

You will manage multiple complex matters, draft pleadings, and maintain client communications. The role requires a JD, bar license, and 5+ years of relevant experience; travel across Oklahoma

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and Oklahoma Bar in good standing required.
• 5+ years of creditors' rights/foreclosure/title experience.
• Willingness to travel across Oklahoma counties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Adobe Acrobat, IE, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage pre-litigation issues, foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, and related litigation matters as assigned.
• Prepare high-quality letters, emails, foreclosure documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Review, audit, and edit legal work product of department staff.
• Provide guidance and approval on legal work product for non-attorney staff.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, trials, and oral arguments as required.
• Intake and prepare strategy analysis of new cases.
