Job summary

OKCARZ Orlando, FL is seeking a Floor Manager to guide customers through the vehicle sales process from application to contract and to oversee daily operations. You will support and lead the sales team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to growth through proactive prospecting and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, responding to leads, coaching advisors, and coordinating with the Home Office.

Position Overview:

As a Floor Manager, you’ll not only help customers find their perfect vehicle but also guide them through the entire sales process — from application to contract. You’ll assist in managing the store's daily operations, support and lead the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
• Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other creative strategies.
• Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operational tasks.
• Help grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical business practices.
• Support Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
• Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.
• Serve as a key liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License (Required)
• Clean and good driving record
• Full-time position
• Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
• Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Orlando, Florida (required)
• Reliability and strong attention to detail

Compensation

• Base Salary: $30,000/year
• Total Compensation: $60,000-$85,000/year (including commissions)
• Schedule: 8-hour shift
