Job summary

OKCARZ Tampa is seeking a Floor Manager to guide customers through the vehicle buying process from application to contract and to oversee daily store operations in Tampa, Florida. The role supports and leads the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements include a valid Florida driver’s license, a reliable commute to the onsite location, and at least 1 year of sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process from application to contract closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
• Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other strategies.
• Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operations.
• Help grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical practices.
• Support underwriting policies and guidelines from the financing team.
• Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.
• Serve as a liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.

Position Overview: As a Floor Manager, you’ll not only help customers find their perfect vehicle but also guide them through the entire sales process — from application to contract. You’ll assist in managing the store's daily operations, support and lead the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $30,000/year
• Total Compensation: $60,000-$85,000/year (including commissions)
• Schedule: 8-hour shift
