CoStar Group in the United States is seeking a Field Sales Associate for Land.com to grow revenue within a dedicated Oklahoma territory. This home-based role requires you to meet clients in person and travel as needed to drive acquisition and retention.

You will develop product expertise, manage a territory plan, and build strong client relationships to exceed targets and minimize churn. A strong service mindset and valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university.
• 2+ years of sales experience managing a territory.
• Strong track record of outstanding customer service.
• Experience in developing new business relationships and managing existing client base.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and driving record check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep expertise in Land.com products and pricing to differentiate value.
• Own and execute a territory business plan with revenue targets.
• Build and leverage relationships with clients through consultative selling.
• Drive retention with onboarding, training and ongoing account servicing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with activity metrics and KPIs.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within the territory.
