Qualifications

• OJT training experience preferred
• Familiarity with GMP & HACCP guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the Employee Training Qualification Program for Operations employees
• Develop Standard Work Instructions, checklists, and visual aids
• Conduct OJT training and certification with regular follow-up to verify proficiency
• Coordinate cross-training and annual re-qualification
• Assist in other duties as needed including backup for transportation
