Job summary

Tier 1 Completions Solutions Inc. is seeking a Service Quality Engineer in Katy, TX to support operations and sales with service quality metrics, root-cause analysis, and new technology testing.

You will collaborate with field and shop staff, travel to field locations, and help deliver technical presentations to clients while driving improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degrees preferred.
• Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Must be able to travel and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Tier 1 Completions policies and client policies.
• Provide technical support to operations and sales teams.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Assist field crews with prejob planning and data entry into software platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems for customers.
• Compile post job data for analysis against Service Quality KPIs.
• Provide training and support to customers on using products.
• Collect feedback to improve customer experience.
