Job summary

Zenith Infotek LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer for Oil & Gas manufacturing, onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Electrical testing background is required and Lean/Six Sigma know-how will drive continuous improvement.

You will lead Kaizen initiatives, develop control plans, and conduct quality audits to reduce defects and ensure QMS compliance. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams; mentor staff in Kaizen principles and 5S.

Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen experience required.
• Oil & Gas industry experience mandatory.
• Electrical testing background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, productivity, safety and cost.
• Drive Lean practices including 5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke, SMED, Visual Management, TPM and waste elimination.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using PDCA, DMAIC and Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform RCA using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto and implement CAPA.
• Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, SOPs and inspection standards.
• Monitor Cp/Cpk, SPC and MSA; identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Supply Chain and Customer Quality teams.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits and GEMBA Audits and prepare reports.
• Support customer and supplier audits.
• Analyze quality metrics and reduce defects, scrap, rework and customer complaints.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean and Kaizen principles.
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with strong experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing, electrical testing, quality improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
