Job summary

Tier 1 Completions Solutions in Katy, TX is seeking a Service Quality Engineer to support the operations management team by tracking service quality metrics and documenting root cause analysis.

You will work with our research and engineering staff to test and implement new technologies, and serve as a resource for the sales staff to communicate about technology and service quality to customers. Travel to field locations is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degrees are highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
• Ability to travel.
• 5 years’ driving abstract; company vehicle use may be required.
• Must pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Tier 1 Completions policies and client procedures.
• Provide technical support to the operations and sales teams.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
• Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Assist field crews with prejob planning and data entry.
• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Compile post job data for KPI tracking.
• Offer training and support to customers on product usage.
• Collect feedback to improve the customer experience.
