Qualifications

• Solid technical understanding of modern digitally controlled production equipment.
• Two years’ experience in Engineering role and in Customer Service role.
• Ability to support multiple projects throughout each day.

Responsibilities

• Install and service resistance welding and laser marking equipment.
• Provide technical documentation and support during field engineer visits.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrections for product complaints.
