Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Premiere Torque Rings and related casing accessories.

The role focuses on expanding market share, managing major customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies across regional accounts. You will lead a team, collaborate with operations and engineering, and deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical presentations.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical sales in oilfield services.
Experience selling casing accessories and related oil & gas equipment is preferred.
Strong understanding of oil & gas drilling and completion operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop commercial strategies and close complex sales opportunities.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
Drive sales of Premiere Torque Rings and other casing accessory products across assigned territories and key accounts.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring profitability targets are met.
Lead, coach, and develop assigned sales personnel to meet sales objectives.
Monitor results and provide feedback, training, and mentoring to maximize effectiveness.
Organize team activities, site visits, and territory coverage for efficiency.
Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing and post-sale support.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
