Job summary

Steel Energy Services LTD. seeks a Rig Relief Operator in Williston, ND to lead a rig crew and support safe, efficient well services. Under the Rig Manager, you will organize the crew, conduct pre-job safety meetings, and ensure equipment readiness and paperwork accuracy for contracted services.

You will work on 24-hour operations, be prepared for long shifts, and perform tasks from rigging up to post-job inspections, maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures and site standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic oilfield knowledge preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment exam including drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily pre-job tailgate safety meetings and writing JHA’s.
• Inspect and document lift equipment on location.
• Direct crew in rigging up and down the workover rig safely.
• Manage rig tickets and pricing for contracted services.
• Drive company vehicles and maintain clean worksite and equipment.
