Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC is seeking Relief Operators for our Dickinson, ND location. This full-time position offers the chance to work on workover rigs and mentor junior crew members while contributing to reliable field operations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience operating a workover rig, pass a competency evaluation, and meet pre-employment requirements. A Class B CDL is a bonus. We provide training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of rig operating experience required or preferred.
• Ability to pass competency evaluation and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Rig up/rig down on workover rigs and equipment.
• Lead crew when not operating the rig and ensure safety and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers to deliver reliable service.
• Maintain adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
