Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC seeks a Relief Operator to fill in for the Rig Operator on a workover or swab rig, ensuring safe operation and customer satisfaction when the Rig Operator is absent.

When not substituting, you may perform Floor Hand or Derrick Hand duties with the crew and participate in training, safety, and maintaining productivity on a 12-hour shift schedule.

This role prefers local candidates within 60 miles of Williston, ND, with CDL Class B and 2+ years rig experience.

Qualifications

• Rigging up/down and well servicing operations competency.
• Minimum two years' experience in rig and well servicing.
• Must possess a valid CDL Class B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned rig and equipment as requested by customers.
• Maintain productivity and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Provide guidance and training to rig crew as needed.
• When not substituting for the Rig Operator, perform Floor Hand or Derrick Hand duties daily.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
