Key Energy Services, LLC is hiring a Relief Operator at our Williston, ND site. The role oversees relief operations for the rig, crew, and equipment and ensures customer satisfaction with all services rendered.

The operator ensures crew presence at the rig at scheduled times and upholds productivity standards for all rig functions. The position requires rig operation experience, CDL B, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Rig operation experience, minimum two years in rig/well servicing.
• Must possess CDL B and drive rig.
• Ability to communicate with customers and crew.
• Able to lead and coach rig crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned rig and equipment.
• Maintain contact with customers to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on rig.
• Maintain rig and equipment efficiency.
• Train and supervise rig crew as needed.
• Perform related duties and wear safety gear when required.
