Job summary

Oilfield Service Professionals LLC seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QMS and HSM across all districts and product lines. You will drive API Q2 certification, ISO 9001 alignment, and regulatory compliance while promoting a culture of quality and integrity.

This role interfaces with operations and engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality field execution. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in oilfield quality leadership, strong RCA skills, and expertise in audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive quality leadership in oilfield services.
• API Q2 Lead Auditor or ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-district operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead API Q2 certification, audits, and corrective actions governance.
• Govern and improve the QMS to meet API Q2 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Lead HSE program improvements and ISNetworld interface.
• Oversee internal/external audits and customer quality reviews.
• Establish quality plans for projects and field execution.
• Lead nonconformance, RCA, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering on design-for-quality improvements.
• Provide field quality support for reliable service delivery.
