Qualifications

• Experience with QMS, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge or experience working within an ISO 9001 quality environment preferred.
• Oilfield services, manufacturing, maintenance, or field operations experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and gain buy-in from frontline teams.
• Ability to travel 25%–75%.
