Job summary

The WellBoss Company in Houston, TX seeks a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead the plant Quality Control department and ensure all QC/QA activities align with ISO 9001 and API specs. You will oversee calibration, NCR/MRB processes, internal audits, and supplier quality, while maintaining data integrity and driving improvements to support production goals.

This hands-on leadership role requires five years in manufacturing quality, with experience leading QC teams and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in manufacturing quality.
• Three+ years leading QC/inspection.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and API Q1/11D1 nonconformance.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC processes and daily operations.
• Maintain SQDC data and drive improvements.
• Oversee calibration and inspection equipment.
• Manage NCRs and MRB dispositions.
• Control quarantine inventory and recalls.
• Maintain QMS procedures and compliance.
• Ensure ISO/API compliance and audits.
