Job summary

Superior Completions is seeking a Quality Manager for its Houston, TX office to lead and advance the company’s quality strategy. You will drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across divisions to ensure regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.

As the primary liaison to certifying bodies, you will foster accountability and a culture of excellence, working with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality, safety, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5–7 years related oil and gas experience.
• 5+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Experience with API and ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop quality personnel to improve performance and growth.
• Maintain quality systems per management system and product specs.
• Interface with certifying bodies and manage budgets.
• Direct data collection and reporting of quality metrics.
