Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years related work experience preferred.
• Must pass SSIT progression training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of equipment SOPs and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-job requirements with tank personnel.
• Supervise training, scheduling, and performance counseling.
• Coordinate with customers on special requests and job details.
• Ensure DOT regulations are observed by all drivers.
• Oversee equipment readiness and field safety.
• Prepare reports and ensure scheduling accuracy.
