Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two to four years work related skill, knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of fracturing, acidizing, and other industry related preferred.
• General knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two (2) or more Service Supervisors.
• Coordinate logistics including meetings with tank personnel and pre-job requirements.
• Perform hiring, training, scheduling, grievances, performance counseling and promotion/demotion recommendations.
• Ensure HR and HSE policies and procedures are followed.
• Work with customers with special requests including tanks and wellheads.
• Analyze and manage day to day operations to ensure efficient and effective service for customers.
• Oversee multiple crews on-site including the Service Supervisors.
• Ensure Service Supervisors meet customer and company requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required.
