Knock Out Energy is seeking an Oilfield Lease Operator to monitor and optimize production from oil and gas wells in the Pecos area. The role requires hands-on operation experience and the ability to track production trends across horizontal, vertical, and gas-lifted wells.

This is a full-time (and contract) position based in-person in Pecos, Mentone, or Monahans, with a team that emphasizes reliability, safety, and strong communication and computer skills. Living in the local towns is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of oil and gas well operation experience.
• Familiar with horizontal, vertical and gas-lifted wells.
• Must reside in Pecos, Mentone, or Monahans.
