Knock Out Energy is seeking an Oilfield Lease Operator to monitor and optimize production from oil and gas wells in the Pecos area. The role requires hands-on operation experience and the ability to track production trends across horizontal, vertical, and gas-lifted wells.

This is a full-time (and contract) position based in-person in Pecos, Mentone, or Monahans, with a team that emphasizes reliability, safety, and strong communication and computer skills. Living in the local towns is preferred.

Oilfield Lease Operator

Location: Pecos, Mentone, Monahans

This Lease Operator position requires at least two years experience in the operation of oil and gas wells. Familiarity with horizontal, vertical and gas‑lifted wells is a must while tracking production trends and optimizing production. Good computer and communication skills are required for this position to be filled with success. Must live in either Pecos, Mentone, or Monahans.
