Danos is seeking an experienced Lease Operator in Texas to monitor, optimize, and maintain production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak equipment performance and support HSE processes while working independently and with teams.

The role requires 3+ years in upstream oil & gas, strong technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production systems. A valid US driver’s license and ability to meet background/drug/MVR checks are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• In-depth understanding of upstream facilities: separation, pumping, gathering, tankage, LACT sales, metering, compression.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or technical training preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, wear PPE, and respond to alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain production and injection wells on a rotational schedule.
• Support health, environment, and safety processes and follow applicable regulations.
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain oil and gas production equipment.
• Perform duties related to oil and gas operations (e.g., plunger lift wells, process equipment, compression, dehydration).
• Optimize artificial lift systems and test wells; acquire fluid level information.
• Record keeping and data input; monitor SCADA and test safety devices.
• Collaborate with employees and contractors to ensure peak efficiency; create work orders in CMMS for inventory and planning.
• Adhere to customer’s operational excellence standards and regulatory requirements; drive routinely.
