Job summary

Danos, LLC in Texas seeks a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells, ensuring peak efficiency and safe operation of equipment.

You will conduct daily site visits by vehicle, test and calibrate equipment, troubleshoot problems, and complete required paperwork for customers and regulatory agencies while upholding Health, Environment and Safety practices and maintaining field cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Background check, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty required.
• Physical requirements: lift 40 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, wear PPE, respond to alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
